Please be respectful of our apartments and of our neighbours

We hope you enjoy your stay at Limes Apartments whether you are here to visit friends and relatives in the locality, for business purposes or to enjoy the local attractions of the area. Our apartments are intended to provide clean and peaceful accommodation for our guests so we do have certain fundamental terms and conditions of booking to ensure this remains so for all.

• In accordance with legal requirements, we operate a strict no smoking policy within the building. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, on the landing or stair case; this restrictions includes the use of e-cigarettes.  Please note that smoking out of the window is also not permitted. The nearest area where smoking is allowed is outside the building.

• We kindly request all occupants of our apartments to respect our neighbours and other guests staying with us by refraining from making excessive noise, particularly during night time.

• Non paying guests are not allowed into the apartments without prior approval by staff

• No pets are allowed within the apartments.

• Tampering with electrical sensors within the apartments such as smoke detectors is potentially life threatening and strictly forbidden

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

The lead guest will be responsible for any cleaning, repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of mishandling, wrongful operation or wilful neglect of Limes Apartments’ property or of the apartment occupants’ failure to comply with our terms and conditions.

Minimum Age for bookings

We have a minimum age requirement for bookings; at least one guest staying in each apartment must be 25 or over unless specifically approved by ourselves. Please contact us if you are under 25 and wish to book one of our apartments.

Check in and Check out

Our earliest guaranteed check in time to the apartments is 15:00 (3.00pm). If you require an earlier check-in then please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs

Our latest check in time is 22:00 (10.00pm). If you expect to arrive later than this then please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs

Our latest check out time is 11:00. Again, you should let us know in advance if you require a slight extension to the check out time.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, we operate a 48-hour non-refundable cancellation policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the day of booking may be made free of charge

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the day of booking will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay, charged at our standard (undiscounted) daily rates

• Early terminations of your room booking made during your stay with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Room Payment

Unless you book and pay in advance through a third party booking agent, you will provide your credit card details when booking online in order to secure the room reservation. These card details are held securely; we will not charge your card until after your check in.

Within 48 hours of your arrival, we may request a pre-payment on your card to cover the cost of your stay (meaning we will request funds on your credit card to be temporarily reserved for payment)

Unless you notify us and provide us with an alternative method of payment, we will charge the price of your stay, along with any extras (restaurant meals etc), to your card on the day before your scheduled departure. We will confirm payment and provide an invoice by email.

Use of Free Wi-fi and smart TVs

The apartments are covered by our free Wi-fi system. We allow unlimited “reasonable” and legal usage of this during your stay. Access is granted for a wireless connection to our network only; any attempts to tamper with our network equipment or interfere with our IT infrastructure are prohibited.

We strongly advise you not to log into any apps on our smart TVs using your personal accounts and we cannot be held responsible for any compromises to your accounts that may occur if you do so.
